im bulking on 3500+ cals a day
each night i do this smoothie:
300ml full milk, 180 cals, 10g prot
100g greek yoghurt 140 cals, 5g prot
2 scoops of whey chocolate 250cals, 50g prot
a banana ~100kcals ~5g prot
20g peanut buter 120kcals 5g prot
so roughly 800 cals and 75g protein. i have this as my last meal every night, and since its liquid and fucking tasty you can probably down one right after a big meal. its like a chocolate milkshake.
if i feel i need more carbs or calories overall i add some oats aswell, but it fucks up the texture a bit
