My third week working out after a long break. I was doing sitting up flies on a machine today and I had one rep left on last set. I pushed myself very hard and got instant pain in the back of my head. Underneath my skull and on top of my neck. I was very scared so I stopped my workout and went home. It still hurts and I don't know what to do. I did some research and it looks like it's an exertion headache but I wanna get your guy's opinion.
Also would like to add that the pain is constant and easily a 7.5/10
It's an injury from steroids. Apply ice-cream to your mouth.

I don't take steroids
You get that from a combination of straining too much and not breathing right, also make sure you're hydrated.

Any remedies/treatment? Is it serious or dangerous?

breathe properly and it will help a lot. and no its not that dangerous but if you arent breathing and lifting heavy you can really fuck yourself up.
