Step 3. Keep a reasonable sleep schedule as sleep is just about as importance as food when it comes to lifting, or doing any strenuous physical activity.
Step 4. Take 1 quart of bleach right before bed because someone had to tell you to do what you could have figured out by reading the sticky.
