ITT: things you hate after workouts

>end of pump after 2 hour session
>pissing out 4 litres of water
>majority of time lack of gym mate
>no gym mate that ever visits /fit/

I don't know why that happens but I'm just too tired and can't focus like I normally do and the studying ends up being a waste of time
that's why I often skip workouts so I don't go to uni unprepared

try and do all of your normie shit during the day until late afternoon then workout during at night which helps with sleep

i do my workout 1 hour after work which i then workout for 2 hours. i get home at about 10pm. but its worth it

>that 1.30 hr point into your workout when you have finised all your main lifts and start doing accessories whilst contemplating why you are lifting and you keep zoning out because of faitgue then start looking at the other people in the gym trying to make sense of their purpose and lifes problems
