Do GOMAD for a couple months, and you'll gain a lot of fat. If you aren't working out, expect muscle gain to be minimal.

Here's the thing about work, it's mostly cardio. Are you constantly lifting heavy things over your head repeatedly or grabbing something and pulling it up to your chest and back down?
Work is mostly cardio. You'll build enough muscle to do your job but nothing more. Pop some caffeine to find motivation and hit the gym

Doing ss properly takes longer than 45 minutes. Your rests between working sets should be at least 40-50 minutes if you're actually pushing yourself

Rippetoe says at least five minutes between each work set. You also have to factor in switching out plates and a bunch of warmup sets, so SS definitely takes much more than 45 minutes a day.

Ehh I only took 3-5 minutes rest in between sets. My workout usually take around 45 minutes if I don't do dips / chin ups / curls or whatever
