Incline db press 3x8
Then OHP

if you are bulkan focus on one exercise and do it like this - for chest day - bench 3 x 8 + 1 set to failure.
So your chest day would /push day/ look like this:
Do 20 pushups for warmup
Incline bench 3 x 8
bench 2 x 8 with 1 set to failure.
Dont isolate tris just yet.
Do this for 2 weeks guarantee bench will go up, and mass too.

One month, but in 2 weeks you will start to feel better and stronger. Just do it for 4 weeks without increasing the weight, just amp the reps in final set.
When you do more than 12 reps in final set then you can up the rep number per set by ONE rep and resume with it.
Always do one week with the changes so you dont overshoot.
