Anyone got good tips on getting wasted while minimising losses of gainz?
Usually drink pic related + sugar free mixer but every now and then I cave and have a beer binge and feel like a fat fuck for days.
It's also hard to resist that sweet post-night out kebab but if I don't eat anything I feel shit in the morning.

when you binge drink don't think of it as a loss just a small setback, try to set weekly caloric/weightloss goals versus daily ones so that you can "play catchup"
Post binge meals are amazing can't fault you there, try doing healthier tasty options like pho.

best mixer is pepsi max but I like drinking it the morning after and if I do that after using it as a mixer I can just taste vodka in the morning. Usually now use sugar free lemonade or dr pepper zero.

actually most state only sell the 70% one because dumb fucks were catching themselves on fire drinking it and smoking at the same time, since at that high of a percentage (95%) it's flammable.
