>Overhead Press 1x5
.Deadlift 1x5

It is what program says to do next, so I do it. I'm at 3pl8 squat so I can't complain. If won't clarify, then I just do as I understand it.
Might be over training with all that volume.

I read the article and it said to do warm up sets and build do a max set of five.
I still recommend doing something with actual real scientific backing

why would you even bother going to the gym to do that little

>actual real scientific backing
May I have some examples of an intermediate background with actual real scientific backing that will help bridge my progress from SL to SL advanced?

Madcow is a fine intermediate strength program. OP dont pay attention to any of these fags, stick to the program and follow the routine to a T and youll be squatting 4-4.5 pl8 in a few cycles

>intermediate background

I forgot to add, dont start the routine unless you for sure have exhausted your linear gains

You can start by finding trainers whose experience doesn't stem from trips to europe or anonymous internet posters
