Get your gf to sit on your back for push ups.
Hold a heavy weight on your chest for sit ups.

decline pushups, handstand pushups
its only too easy if u can do 100 in 2 mins (like me)
chins can be weighted, as can dips
for calistgenics, handstands, one arm stuff, thise weird things with a chinup bar where you hold crazy positions,
try leg raises and v ups for abs
basketball pushups
one leg or jumping (or both) for leg stuff
etcetera

Are you actually doing the correct situps where you go straight up. Go slowly for everything.
