The gym in my apartment building has nothing but a rack of freeweights from 10 - 90 and a single bench.
What if any routine can I do with this equipment. The lack of squat rack, power cage, bar, and Olympic weights seems very limiting.

Day A-
Lunges 8-12*3
Bench 8-12*3
Find a place to do pull ups 3*F
Day B
Stiff leg Deadlifts 8-12*3
Rows 8-12*3
Shoulder press 8-12*3
That's the basics
Add some curls, dips, and lateral raises, and ab work if you wish

Steal them, but a squat rack and a bench and some plates and then your all set
Saw someone post this in a similar thread a few weeks ago and I've been following it. Seems decent enough to a beginner like me

r u sure about that
Mine is the complete opposite. It's just stationary cardio shit and a cable machine.
Do what I did: find yourself a real gym.
