Anyone else feel depressed after a bad lifting session?
>stalling on OHP
>extremely lethargic and tired after deadlifts
>notice form is not right
>pre-workout doesn't feel like its working
>giga-Chad next to you is throwing up numbers you can only dream of
And the worst one:
>tfw no gf

haven't lifted in months, i love to lift, the weights on my back feel great. but something else is wrong and i just dont have the motivation anymore. i am lying to myself by saying i will do it one day
I get depressed when I get home from the gym and realize I could have done more. If I have time that day, I go back.

I don't cheat, anon.
>Just 1 month into the gym
>Progressing well I think
>Benching today
>Guy comes up and praises my posture while benching, but says I ain't benching low enough
>He helps me, realize I have been benching wrong all this time
>Have to deload a lot
Fuck my life, I'm happy that guy helped me and I made a friend at the gym but the feeling that all I did was worthless feels horrible

No you should feel good. You're only 1 month into gymtime. it's the BEST time to fix your form and progress faster.
brotip: on isolation lifts (curls, bicep pulldown, etc) go slow for maximum gainz.
I'm three months in and starting to look juicy with a pump.
