Any one know some tips on how to make your grip strength stronger for dead lift? Every time I lift over lmao 3plt for over one rep I lose my grip and it hurts my fingers. I don't want to do mixed grip cause it just feels weird and I feel like I'm cheating.

Grip work. I prefer dead holds from a rack, lift off like you're shrugging, you'll pull 3.5 plate and work your core and grip.
hook grip
Hold the bar for 5 seconds at lockout, then bring the bar down.

Agree, mixed grip kinda sucks. What I do is calf raises while holding the bar, your forearms will start to feel worked. Also, just do forearms in general for more grip.
Just use a mixed grip you pussy

Do you use chalk? Use chalk. And your deadlift is going to progress extremely slowly if you don't start using a hook grip, mixed grip, or straps when grip strength becomes a limiting factor. And you probably don't want to use straps.

Use a thick bar or fat gripz for all your lifts that strain your grip. The weight you can move will drop drastically and your grip strength will improve dramatically. Once you work your way back up to your numbers you could hit with a normal bar, switch back. It will feel easy.
