I worked my way up from 5 crunches a day to about 50 in 3 months.
My 6-pack is not popping yet. I can feel that it's there but it's just not visible. I eat about 2500 calories a day and only eat fast food 3 times a week.
What am I doing wrong here?
Double the calories and crunches

Forgot the activated almonds you plebe.
Can do as many crunches as you want, abs are made in the kitchen. So get your diet in check first

i eat 2 servings of nuts a day. one of them with my honey bunch of oats.
Need more butter in your diet.
you clearly have the muscles, that's pretty clear to a trained eye, you're literally just fat as fuck. cut your bodyfat down or you won't see definition.

Move it from 3 fast food to 50, so it matches your crunches

Step it up. Fast food means it's fast in the digestive system and fast metabolisms. You need to be at least eating fast food for each meal and sometimes in between if you want to build muscle faster.

That's not even one per day dude. I don't know how you were expecting anything to come out of this.

Please tell me I can buy one of those things and where. What is it called?
My best friend and I love think it's hilarious.
Okay, OP--honest answer here.
You need to have a low body fat % for your abs to show up. Around 10% bf is when they'll start to show. So you got a long ways to go before they show. Keep it up.
