what-s the best routine for lanky skeletons who have been working out to no avail? linearprogression is impossible at this point.
I usually just snap my shit when i try to go for a 1rm.

Anyone who reached 1/2/3/4 as a 6'4 or above? Any advice?

I eat 3000 kcals using mfp so i dont think im lying to myself. it seems that it just doesnt work.

been lifting for 7 months now and still on

50kg x 5 OHP
80kg x 5 Bench
100kg x 4 Squat
160kg x 3 Deadlift

You can do it senpai, i stalled for ages but soon as I started eating enough I saw the strength climbing.

I'm about the same height as you. I found Upper lower splits work best for me and staying in that 6-12 rep range. Try Canditos Linear progress Strength/Hypertrophy

Doing it 3 times a week or more is too much I think because I struggle stuffing my face with food all the goddamn time. I wouldn't want to increase it even more.

Maybe doing more cardio will make you hungrier. Surely you feel hungry a little while after a workout and run? Tons easier to shovel food in if your hungry. Cardio doesn't very many calories at all, easily replaced and overcome with 3 tbsp of olive oil.
