Read the sticky black man.
Already did, I already knew most of those things which are not aimed specifically for combat sports athletes. I'm already on a calisthenics routine which is pretty good but I'm planning to step it up (maybe a modified 5/3/1 to be in fighting shape year-round, and going on the renegade diet), I just wanted to ask some specific things to mix combat sports+weight training the best way possible. And to find a pdf of Joel Jamieson's ultimate MMA conditioning.

Fuck you do your research.
SS is your best starting point.

I am doing my research, which includes asking for advice you autistic fuck.
SS is not recommended widely in cojunction to combat sports due to possible overtraining, some people recommend a modified 5/3/1 2 day per week for slower but steady gains without affecting performance.
Judoka here, I do stronglifts with pyramid sets, and one rom yoga per week to supplement my judo training.

>boxing/MT workout
>rest/light cardio
>lifting
>rest/light cardio
repeat ad infinitum. You can modify it to include more boxing/MT or more weight lifting depending on your personal needs. One day of rest between every hard workout of any kind is simple and effective.

Do you mean mt+weights during the same day?

Thanks for the input, I've started a self-made flexibility program following the guidelines in the book stretching scientifically by kurz, seems good so far, but I am seroiusly thinking about taking some aggressive yoga classess as my flexibility has always been pretty poor (I was a fat couch potato till I was 14, then started to change my lifestyle) as I've almost never been able to throw high kicks or touch my toes, add this last year of working out only at home because of medical conditions and you may imagine how stiff I am. However, it seems that a week of stretching scientifically has been more productive than 6 years if stretching at the gym before boxing and mt workouts.
