Restarting your hormones is a bitch. If you're gonna do one cycle and pct off then a cycle would probably be fine. If you think you're gonna commit for more then blast and cruise is the way to go so that you don't have to pct twice after 2 cycles.

Also cruising on just 250mg is fucking magic dude. You can totally stop lifting and eating and keep all your gains. I roided last year, blasted 500mg from April till August (I was cutting all of August tho so only made gains for 4 months) and I gained 30lbs in that time. Then I was on 250 for September October and half of November without lifting or eating or sleeping enough cuz school started (engineering major) and I didnt have time and I kept all my gains. Then when I came off in mid November I still didn't eat or lift and I lost all my gains by beginning of January.

If I had to do it all over again I would blast on 500 or 600mg test and cruise on 150 or 200 forever. 250 is a bit high for a cruise but 150 has basically no health risks
