you have got it all wrong OP, flaxseeds contain estrogen. so you should avoid
>>38629202
I'm assuming that's flax seeds?
Most seeds are great for you. I myself have Chia seeds and they're pretty good.
anyone else here makes their own protein bars? what do you make it from?

Plant estrogen =/= mammal estrogen; the fiber in the seeds remove the estrogen (which has no effect on the body because no compatiblity) so you poop it all out. Cow's milk has real estrogen. Avoid that.

Chia and Flax are god tier seeds bruh
>>38629285
plants such as flaxseeds and soy contain xenoestrogens that imitates estrogen is the body
you fucking faggots can throw around your terms all you want and argue like niggers or you can link a study that confirms it lowers test levels

why would I use my time to search a study for an anonymous stranger on the internet?
>>38629306
They do contain them, but they don't do shit to the body. Fiber helps with that.

>"confirms"
>posts a case study done on ONE 31 y/o lady with PCOS
Maybe they do anon, but this paper sure as fuck doesn't "confirm" it.

Flaxseeds have lignans, which are probably the weakest estrogen-like compounds found in plant foods (they're also very good for you). Soy contains isoflavones, which are relatively weak compared to mammalian estrogen but much stronger than lignans, and even those haven't consistently been shown to affect test or estrogen levels.
