School wrestling is in 2 months. How does /fit/ recommend gaining a moderate amount of lean muscle in that amount of time? What exercises are most effective in quickly building upper body/core strength?
yoga + wii fit
Zumba and krav maga

Make sure you only drink water if you want to build lean muscle, if you drink other stuff you'll be putting on puffy muscle.

No probs. Also as a wrestler for sure add in neck training. You can get a harness to hit neck extensors, but i just stick a plate on my head (srs).
Plus you can hit other neck muscles than extensors.

This will greatly prevent neck injury.
Also you will want to implement power cleans (as found in ss and some gslp variants) for maximal explosivity.
Also also you will want to work on push press when you start to stall on ohp, so you build fullbody neuromuscular efficiency, and MASSIVE core strength.
Push press, power clean, neck training.
Learn it, love it, live it.
Eat a lot and go for 5×5 program
Always the same: compound lifts, lots of real food, take out all the shit from your diet, low gi carbs, high proteins, lots of water and milkeep, enough rest, eat...and eat more again
(Supposing you are the average skinny fat guy)

Plus GSLP had neck training originally so OP should probably do that.
