I fucked my knee up and had to deload 100 lbs, and it still hurt for 6 months. Fun times, shitty posture .

you're probably not resting long enough. if you want to do the routine properly you have to rest at least 5 minutes per set, or up to 8 if necessary. obviously you don't need to do this in the beginning, but later on it becomes crucial.

Are you memeing or completely retarded? You should cut at a 10-20% deficit (which at a TDEE of 2500 would be a 250-500 calorie deficit)

I'm 118kg at 200cm right now, started at 126kg.
I eat around 2000cal a day, TDEE should be 3600.
50% was an overstatement yeah, mb, I don't count my calories either so it's likely I fuck up some days and eat around 2500cal or something.

My plan was to cut until january, at that point I hope to be around 100-105kg.
And then slowly bulk until summer.
