Probably not, expiration dates are a very conservative guess as to when food will go bad, rather than a solid date. This is especially true for dried or canned foods.
But to be on the safe side, consume a small amount (~1/2 scoop) by itself and see if you feel ill or have any other negative reaction after 2 or 3 days. If you don't react negatively, 99.9% chance you can eat as much as you want. I'd roll those dice.
