You can use sparkpeople just have to find whatever in gs or manually put it in, and it's free.

I don't know why you would need some kind of tracker?

Can't you just weigh shit, look on the label how much kcal it has per 100g (or in very rare cases look it up) and then calculate the result?
Then just add numbers in your head and remember them for the rest of the day.
