I've decided to start following this "trap guide" and I'm not sure what to do about the arm workout, can somebody make a weekly chart of exercises I can do to keep my arm strength up?
sorta like:
Monday - Chest/bis/tris
Tuesday - Back/bis/tris
Wedsnday - shoulders/chest
Thursday - Legs
Saturday - Full body (deadlift, weighted chinups/dips)
But with actual exercises? Thanks in advance.

Maybe do squats or hip thrusts to get a juicy ass.
