>start lifting/pull-ups/running
>accidentally check my resting heart rate

>it's 74 and about 65 at night
>ECG is clear, as if I never had anything

Also, any anons here with birth defects? Cured or not.

nice. i have pectus excavatum, pretty sure it messes with my bench. and can't do deadlifts anymore because it feels like it pulls on my heart and threatens to make it explode.

aortic stenosis here, had a balloon procedure done between middle and high school and since then my ultrasounds/EKGs have read "normal."
