Pic related he only did pull ups and nothing else for years. The legs do not match his body at all naturally.

Is a two exercise routine viable then? Pull ups and squats only. Or even pull ups, squats AND dips for chest. For upper body, by normie standards, he didn't do bad with pull ups alone

if he's doing bodyweight exercises, it shouldn't matter that he's a manlet. bodyweight gains arent related to your height, at least not for any human being that has existed thus far because there is pretty much no human being that is tall enough to make muscles obsolete due to their relative volume. bone density has been the only limiting factor for genetically freak giants.

I have dumbbells so I can throw OHP into the mix. My concern: would my legs be imbalanced only doing lunges? I read that if you use a deeper lunge you can hit hamstrings and flutes more, as well as quads

You can also try bulgarian split squats. There's a bw exercise for hamstrings but I don't remember it's name

definitely viable, chins, dips, and squats are my staples. I don't even bench anymore.

It's about work output, dips will put out much more than shitty bench and you won't snap yourself, chins are 100x more easier to recover from than snap city back frying deads, and there's no other lift in the world that has a higher work output that squat. Isaac Newman, work = force(gravity and weight) *distance (range of motion [sumo deadlift need not apply])
