mine doesn't. I just throw roasted peanuts into my food processor and add a bit of peanut oil to make it smoother. store it in the fridge and it never separates.

You don't even need peanut oil most of the time man, especially not with roasted peanuts, the heat is enough to separate the oil really quickly and a lot so it forms a paste easily

I make my own with peanut flour instead of peanuts, that way I can choose what oil goes in (I use canola oil, better for you than peanut oil).
