Ive stalled massively on the bench. Is this common? Will I magically break through this barrier one day? Please help /fit/.
What's your 1rm? And how long have you been lifting?
I've been lifting 5 months and cant get my 5rm past 145, my triceps and delts are strong but chest weak as fuck. maybe time for a little iso work at the end of my workouts

Eat more faggot. Dont be scared.

Eat more. Routine means literally nothing.
>>38587625
Lmao 145. Lower the weight. Do more volume 4x8
>>38585343
The answer is always do more volume.

Depends at what point you are. The most common solution is to eat more, since bench is very much dependent on bodyweight. But if you're benching close to 2 plates for reps, it's probably because you need to move on to an intermediate program.

Eat more. You don't need iso work if you're barely benching above 1 plate, you'll just slow down your progress, leave that for once you're intermediate.

In the past year I increased my bench from 95 to 107.5kg. Seems like shit. What intermediate program? The TM?

But i've gotten fatter in the process, should I keep getting THICC until i get strong enuff to cut?

Increase the complexity of your training.

Those numbers are just for illustration, my bench stalled with weekly planning after about 18 months. I started to periodise over 6 weeks after that and so far going great.

You won't get stronger unless you're gaining weight, so eat.

No I mean I am getting stronger, i'm eating way more but i'm getting fatter in the process. Should I continue till I reach my strength goals then cut?
