how to reset circadian sleep rhythm? i sleep at 3 in the morning and wake up at EXACTLY 11.16 every day, plus or minus a minute. going to bed earlier just leaves me doing nothing except thinking about things until 3am and wasting time that could be spent on work.

Do this...ive had this same problem due to a sporadic work schedule..try to spend some time outside in the sun also and avoid your smartphone a few hours before your bedtime
