hey /fit/, just started lifting and am in college with no access to a full kitchen. I have a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator and could use some meal ideas, especially for breakfasts. Also, any other tips for a beginning lifter would be appreciated. For reference, I'm doing Stronglifts 5x5
You're in a dorm, right? Look up what appliances are allowed and see what you can get. I believe most allow slow cookers. If you can, get one

Op here, I hadn't even though of slow cookers,aka crockpots, that's a good idea. Also, I do have a small rice cooker as well
