How long should it take to lose about half an inch of belly fat on caloric restriction, lifting four times a week, and running five miles once a week?
I had this shit appear out of nowhere and I want to get rid of it ASAP. Posted yesterday, but nobody replied.

Nobody replied because it's a stupid question that nobody could answer. All you need to know is that, with a caloric deficit, it will go away eventually.
Why do you need to know how long it will take?
>appeared out of nowhere.
No, it appeared over time but you didn't realise until it was too late, you got lazy and feckless and now you have to work much harder than you would have to lose fat you should never have gained.

I was just looking for a ballpark figure to determine whether or not I should try burning it off more aggressively.
Is it possible to lose muscle in legs while adding muscle to the shoulders and arms? Trying to achieve Grecian Ratios, but my shoulders are too small, and my upper thigh too big.

I've been thinking I should just eat 300cal above maintenence, stop all leg work, and just try to direct my gains to my chest, back, and shoulders.

What the fuck is the sorry behind this? Is it even real?
Running five miles once a week is going to have a negligible effect on weight/fat loss.

How far/ how many days a week for it to be noticeable then?

3-5 miles EVERYDAY
