>Back hurts a lot
>Don't go to gym for like 2 weeks
>Finally go
>Do 25 reps of 135 deadlifts
>Back feels much better
Why the fuck is active recovery the best medicine?
I've had shoulder pain before and benching unironically relieved my shit too
Because muscles help pull everything into place. I keep telling my gf with back problems that I can teach her how to squat and deadlift but she's lazy and just wants to run

Why would people like this even opt to stay alive at this point Jesus Christ
>>38560936
Fear of death doesn't go away when you're ugly
>>38560927
yeah but you'd think lifting heavy weight would hurt it more
>>38560846
>leg hurts from running too much
>go swim
>feels wayy better
>>38560846
Why'd your back start to hurt in the first place?
>>38561234
work or some shit
i swear i think i might have had a minor disk herniation or something
>>38561244
Sounds like you need to work on your core and lifting technique.
>>38561341
probably but it was just a lot of awkward shit I had to move
I have good deadlift form but not so much on practical applications lol
>>38561244
I think I have the same thing. I just thought the endorphins from lifting were numbing the pain of my back.

>135
>heavy weight
ok
>>38561642
It's not heavy for lifting but it's heavy overall
Idk if that makes sense, but I mean it's beyond the norm of what you'd encounter in your daily life outside of the gym unless you're a mover or something

I have the same situation,,, sort of....
If I go roughly 10 days without "doing legs",,, my thighs start to ache a bit.... now, I walk a TON during the day, and shift from tile, to concrete, to thin carpet... but... not the same as "leg day".
>been lifting .25 centuries.... :-D
