Do you guys think I'd look decent if I cut to 15% bodyfat or should I start bulking. I'm 5'11, 168.

Little heavier than you, but same height.
Also possible gyno, and it pisses me right the fuck off.
But anywhore, my current plan is to lift a month or two more (just started lifting seriously a month ago), and go on the cut.
I'm not bulking right now by any real measure, but my protein intake has been upped substantially and I'm pushing myself to do more weight each time I do a given exercise.
Once I'm a little happier with my strength gains, I'm going on the cut until I look like I'm made of fucking marble.

How about you lift first.
Start weightlifting and don't overeat. In a year or two you should look great and not even need to cut.

Hopefully you have a good drug stack lined up for that goal because you're going to be depressed when you lose all your muscle on that cut and then have nothing to show for all that work in the end.
