Just lift later in the day you retard. There isn't a set time to workout. I sleep 10-12 hours a day and wake up between noon and 1pm daily. Just lift at 3pm

Go to sleep at a reasonable hour or 8 or so hours before you need to wake up.

from what ive heard the best thing to do is to get up at the time you want to set your wake up time for then eat some food, then your bodies clock thing will condition that time as food time and set your body rhythm around it
