The game is made to surprise you and make you die no matter how "good" you think you are.
Unless You were autistically farming souls or doing cheats to get to the highest level possible, and go a Str HP build you're going to randomly die eventually.
The game takes patience and most people don't have that.

I don't die excessively in the game but I do die when I don't want to.

Just because you die once or twice on a boss it doesn't make it an extremely hard game. Sure, you might die if you are completely oblivious and go to the wrong places, but that's about it. You're like my friend who complained Sen's was unfair when he tried to rush through it.

Where's your naked and melee play through? Bows are the easiest to play with, even miracles, pyromancy and sorceries put you at more of a risk.

Actually forgot to turn my trip off from /plg/ but whatever.

I've been playing Das3 for the past few days and you still can't invade without it being a 1v3 ganksquad. I don't wanna duel nigga, I wanna invade and fuck up people's days and be a pain in the ass.

The invading changes kind of killed it for me, plus the PvE route is extremely linear. The zones themselves are really good and the bosses and music are GREAT but it is the same order every playthrough.

I thought it'd be really awesome to have a drinking game playing Dark Souls with friends. Every time you die you take a shot.

Then we all didn't end up dying till a few bosses in. Pretty shit would not recommend if you're any decent at games.
