So I read the sticky. I'm a complete fat ass (260 lbs) and out of shape. I'm going to be eating a calorie deficit, my TDEE is ~2900 calories, so I'll be doing 2400. According to the sticky, that means I need about 390 grams of protein. That seems impossible within my calorie range? So would I need to take a supplement?
Also, will I get any stronger while I'm losing fat? I'm going to be lifting obviously, but with a deficit I won't be gaining any muscle mass. If I can't gain muscle (for now), should I look to increase my training weight weekly, or stay the same?

Must have confused it with this.
What about the weight lifting?

To be honest OP I would just lift hard and eat at a slight surplus but add in some cardio daily to achieve fat loss. You'll gain muscle lose fat and look better in 6 months than you will just losing weight now
But its your choice as I do understand the need to just be rid of the excess fat
Also start learning to cook as its cheaper and you'l start getting good food into you as a lot of fruits and vegetables have phytochemicals in them which are important for a healthy lifestyle
Also homemade food tastes better

eat lean meats and brown rice and vegetables (steamed, no sugary or diary sauces)
run every other day and stick to diet
after two or three weeks of doing this start lifting
you could do SS or something custom to burn fat
bruh, you'll gain muscle.
look to clean your diet up, get committed and stay committed. shit will change bruh, just don't lose hope!

So I should continue to eat a deficit when lifting?
