i'm scared.. are my arms over trained? i've also been doing bicep curls 3 times a week.
rest in peace gains
You went in what's called catabolic damage.
You trained your body to muscle tear and over which means your body is literally destroying muscle in order to repair the tissue

why would you even do curls if you know how to lift good with barbells.
I call bait on this one
>>38512445
how long have you been lifting and do you do any form of curl?
>>38512445
Kill yourself.

Doesn't hurt though, and i can tense and seem to have all my strength. I think it may be happening from the curls which i've started doing 3x a week to gain a big more size.

losing weight also doesn't hurt but do it wrong and you fuck up your body composition
>>38512474
I'm taking it as it's nothing serious, since i'm still benching 110kg with ease.
Thanks anyway.
