hey /fit/
I've seen people talk about how good eggs are if you're trying to get good protein in and some people say to eat like 4 hard boiled eggs a day. But if I eat 2 servings of pic related each day will this be good enough? I hate hard boiled eggs

Scrambled is fine. The reason why hard boiled is popular is because it's super easy to make them in giant batches, they keep well in the fridge, and people tend to put less salt on them than say... scrambled.
Proton-wise it makes no difference.
scrambled is fine, 4 scram = 4 hard boiled nutritionally
Yes. Eggs are eggs, bro. just fucking eat eggs
Soft boiled (or wetf theyre called) go down about a hundred times easier than hard boiled
I also like to put a yolk in my mash potatoes, or if Im making a pasta dish

Scramby Eggs are best
As long as you're not one of those stupid shits that puts milk in your scrambled eggs, an egg is an egg.

What if I'm doing less than a tablespoon of milk?

I put a bit of pepper in my scrambled eggs and it turns out fine.
The trick is not to overcook it. If it goes rubbery then it's ss, you want it to be soft scrambled egg that is only just cooked rather than firm scrambled egg which is dry and mongolian.

Olive oil also makes the eggs a little more fluffy, just use the light in flavor kind.
