Am i over training?
My bench press is moving pretty slowly right now (lifting for 3 months and 2 weeks)
I usually bench press 2 times a week..
Sometimes i bench 3-4 times a week cus i like to bench..
I'm at 62.5 kg in bench at the moment.
Only gone up 2.5 kgs in like 2 weeks..

Stop doing that now!
Shouldn't be benching more than 2x a week otherwise you won't give your chest enough time to heal/get stronger.

Why don't you train properly like any decent routine has you do?
There's nothing with increased frequency, but it sounds like you're not getting enough volume on your bench press. That and/or not eating/sleeping enough

I do probably 8 sets in total. sometimes more.

do pyramid sets on one day and then do normal sets, like 3x6, on the other day. Monday-Thursday/Tuesday-Friday.
