Hey /fit/, newbie here. I used to lift in highschool and I'm looking to get ino it again, I found my old routine on my computer and I was wondering if anyone could give it a quick rate? Maybe some things I could add or remote.
Also, what should my reps be? 5×3? I left that out for some reason when putting this together

It is preferable to writing your own routine with ZERO programming knowledge.

don't set a time for running. I tend to jog 1 kilometer on non-leg days, 3 to 4 kilometer on cardio days (2 times a week + ab exercises)
and 400 meters on leg days.

My treadmill stats are between 9 to 13 km/h on 1 to 3 percent incline...
