Any idea for a simply and tasty high-carb breakfast? By simply I mean something that I can make in 15minutes max
inb4 omelette with oatmeal
I eat 1 cup oats with 1.5 cups whole milk. 5 dates go into the oatmeal with 4 eggs on the side. 925 calories you bitch.

>The basic dish is composed of fried eggs served upon lightly fried corn tortillas topped with a tomato-chili sauce. Refried beans, Mexican-style rice, and slices of avocado or guacamole are common accompaniments.
That sounds more like a high fat meal instead of high carbs.

good lad.
Fries with mayo/ketchup
add peanut sauce and chopped onion if you're feeling frisky.
air fry/oven bake the fries to save on fat
Started making overnight oats.
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup mixed berries
2/3 cup milk(regular, almond, soy)
Mix it all together at night (might need a splash of water, still experimenting with liquids for textures). If adding a scoop of protein powder, make it a cup of milk. Mix it up, leave in fridge, consume in morning.
