This is why I don't associate specific days for specific ways of eating.
The way I look at it, my diet should be how I want to look year round. No bulking, no cutting, just progressing towards a physique and eating the same exact what it takes to get there and keep it.

If you are going to eat shitty food dont have a cheat day. Just portion control. If you want ice cream eat some but dont go crazy.

On my cheat days I eat three times as much as I normally eat.
Except I have a cheat day maybe once every three months, and in the months I do have it, my average calorie intake for that much is below my limit.
