brine, bake, and freeze in bulk

when you're ready all you gotta do is microwave it in water (and then, optionally, pan-sear) and thanks to the brining it will still be tender and delicious

if pan-searing, just get some butter hot in a frying pan and then toss in a chicken breast, give it a little salt and pepper, a few seconds on each side and you're good
