Lift light and practice your form. Pull your shoulder blades back and drag the bar along your legs. Push up with the legs and use your ass to pull your back upright.

I simply imagine that a dude is ramming me from behind. I imagine his dick is so large that it attachs onto my spine through my asshole and that keeps me stiff as a board
No homo though

Have the bar halfway over your feet, shoulder width apart, keep your head and chest pointing up, pull your shoulders back a bit, not too much, and left with the legs at first, then move your hips forward and start to straighten your body out as the bar comes up past your waist, then lower the same way.

There's no need to imagine anymore bby, post your digits

Use moderately heavy weight to get your form down.
I know you have a smartphone or something so take videos of yourself and correct your form as needed.
NEVER EVER EVER SACRIFICE FORM FOR EGO LIFTS!
That is fucking stupid and will give you a one way trip to snap city nigga.

Those backs aren't straight, the are arched. Do not arch your back when deadlifting

Is this a good video to go by? I found the way he explained it much easier to understand and follow than most videos out there. It feels good for now I just don't want to develop bad form as I keep adding on weight.

Don't grip and rip
Brace core before every rep
