embrace your baldness. either shave it completely or get a buzzcut. get that out of the way and focus on your fitness and the way you dress instead. if you have decent facial hair (which i doubt) you could work on that too. you have very thin hair already from the looks of it, so no matter how much you improve it with products and/or hair transplants, it won't look that good anyway

He says it's a last resort because you should only get hair implants after your hair has already nearly stopped falling out. If you get hair implants prior to that then your hair keeps falling out you'll end with a line. Just use fin or minoxidyl as suggested.
