If I'm sore from my arms, chest, and legs should I still go to the gym? Or even workout. Should I just be a potato today, or should I do sit-ups, bike around, something light etc.
Are full rest days a good thing
Just lift. You wont die.
Lift rest lift rest lift rest rest
Just repeat unless you are actually injured (soreness is not an injury)

Just get in there and workout anon. I just recently started lifting again and my muscles are aching something fierce. However once you start to lift they'll soothe out and actually feel better. Yesterday I was dreading squats since my legs were still sore from Monday. Around halfway through my second set they were already feeling more soothed and by the end they felt better than they had before.
lifting feels good when you're sore just do it faggot

go lift or you will get sore everytime lol
the doms will go away once you start moving and pump some blood in the muscle

Wait so is there a certain point where you stop getting sore after workouts
>>38452675
you'll get sore but not deabilitatingly so
>>38452327
There's literally no downside to lifting or doing exercise if you're sore from the previous day. Unless you've injured yourself, just push through it, the benefits are there

meh i think its kinda overkill, threes no way youl be able to push maximum weight without a good day of resting and eating

>>38453129
yea, 100% 1repmax every day!
Sure thing bro
also
>some people here actually train hard
>skipping a workout because of soreness
what?
don't skip a planned workout because your sore, but if your sore on a rest day don't use that as an excuse to workout based on random bro science either
in the end just live your life like you weren't sore unless its a legit injury
