What fitness goals have you met?
If I pass at the gym right now, I'll finally be pressing 1plate, my goal when I started lifting.
For so long I wanted to squat lmao2pl8 just for a ORM. It seemed so far away as if I would never be able to get it.
Here I am now using more than 2pl8 for reps. I would die hapy

PRESS 1RM - ~220 -> 1.0x bw
BENCH 1RM - ~340 -> 1.5x bw
SQUAT 1RM - ~455 -> 2.0x bw
DLIFT 1RM - ~520 -> 2.5x bw
50 pushups sans break
15 chinups sans break
MAX FFM:
~203.46 lb
LM to be gained:
~15 lb
Within 5 years:

3 weeks in and I hit 1pl8 squat for 5x5, couldn't even balance the bar on my back when I started and felt like giving up then and there. Next proper goal is 1pl8 bench by/before the end of the year, currently at 35kg for 5x5 (poverty as heck) /fit/, you think I can make 1pl8 by december/january?

I'm at 2.5 years. Still haven't hit lmao 4pl8 deadlifts, 3pl8 squats, 2pl8 bench, 1 pl8 ohp.
I've reach the point where it's been a calculated 1 rpm but too scared to actually try for it.
I've lost motivation with my lifts and just do them occasionally 2 times a week but always deload becuase I take extended breaks all the time.
Can do 1 plate OHP for 3x5 and 2 plate bench for a 1RM (estimated), pretty happy with them, considering I wasted more than 2 years on shitty brosplits with zero progress.
Can almost do full fingertip handstand pushups against the wall
Can do one arm negative chinups
Still working on closed leg one arm pushups
Still well over 250 pounds though. Hoping to get down to 15%bf get my arms back to that natty 18.5 inches and go into well built dadbod mode.

Almost there, the OHP, Squat and DL are there, while i only seem to get 2-3 reps (if it goes well) on 2pl8 bench
As soon as my bench catches up i'm gonna bulk working towards 2/3/4/5 (1RMs) and the next cut will hopefully be under10%
Then i'll try to reach those numbers for reps while staying as lean as possible (I really dig rleative strength more than absolute), but that's really a long (possibly lifetime) goal
