Why do people still talk shit about Brad Pitt's body in fight club?
Even after lifting for 3 years I still think it's one of the very best aesthetic looks.

He didn't work for it
Epitome of genetics gets no love from people working hard as fuck

Yeah no. He still has some muscle mass but it's concentrated into his shoulders, arms and upper chest all the while being very lean. Most Internet lifters are 15%bf and have their muscle mass concentrated into their lower body because of the training they do.
Turns out squat-heavy routines don't give you big shoulders and arms. Who would have guessed.

because its brad pitt. Would you think that is was the epitome of aesthetics with someone else's face? No. Fuck you.

So I've been seeing this a lot, and I think it's actually the picture you used in OP. I agree that Fight Club body is one of the best ever, but that particular picture has him posing in a really awkward way that makes his proportions look off.

That's my goal bod desu
Ironically he looked much better in Fury at age 50
In Troy he was a true 11/10

>Even after lifting for 3 years
Lol three years, fucking noobs.
>>38446577
What's your point?
>>38446499
Because most 30% bodyfat noobs are convinced that they're a year away from looking like Zyzz, so they think their imaginary progress is better than everyone else's documented success
>>38446499
because cunts like you listen and no one else gives a fuck

you sack of wine!
