Anyone else here fucked their shoulder on bench press? How long did you have to rest it for? How do I know if it's a tear or just inflammation?

I fucked up my shoulder playing American football. some some days it's no problem, other days I can't do anything and just leave the gym, like today. I have to warm it up real good, especially my rotator cuff. I try to avoid bench and use dumbells. for some reason they are easier on my shoulder.

without an Mri, I don't think it's real easy to tell inflammation vs minor tear. tendons a take a long time to heal. it will feel like an eternity.0, you will get back to it eventually. you don't want to push it too far, a good way to make a partial tear worse is to try and push through the pain. this that whole good pain/bad pain thing.
not me, ive always used a narrow grip to bench
not CGBP tier narrowness, but much more narrow than what most people bench.
my chest has still developed.
got inflammation or something similar in elbows and later on shoulders, even month long rest and still huge pain when aggravating them or raising hand upwards when it was shoulders
both got cured within a month (while still training and increasing volume as the injuries healed) when i megadoses ghrp2 ED random dosage 250-700ug 2-3 times a day
growth hormone is nuts, currently aggravated my knees and they have pain when coming up from squat so i started ghrp again

Do floor press friend. You'll need someone to give you a lift so you can get the bar in position but it'll be very easy on your shoulders compared to regular bench.

BPC 157. Used it to increase healing to extremely minor nerve damage. Would inject it sub-q inside of my elbows by my humorous, joints felt glided like butter for 30 mins after injection.

Cant do normal grip bench press
Went from couldn't press myself off a wall to 170 lbs close grip bench press in 3 months so far. I cant do bench w/o keeping my elbows pretty much in line with my body
A week was enough. Ironically the two exercises that I really felt my shoulder aching on was bench press and deadlifts... which are my favorite exercises.
