Are you looking to permanently keep it off or just hit that weight once -maybe for a bet or weighing in for some sport that requires you to make a certain weight for competition? If thats the case you could probably diet like crazy for a few weeks and extremely limit your sodium intake and then do Epsom salt baths and little to no water and sauna for a day or two. Look up wrestling/boxing/mma weight cut techniques. Try not to die.
