It depends. There's little that the scientific community can agree upon concerning fatty acids, but one thing is certain: Trans fats are quite literally the devil, and McD is full of those. So that's a minus. Also, lots of sodium, that's also not healthy.

However, both of those factors don't really mean much if you don't make it a staple of your diet. How healthy you eat isn't defined by your cheat meals, but by what your average meal looks like. McD has high quality protein in it and is a good souce of energy. Also it tastes fucking delicious.

I eat it about once a week. No regrets, rest of my diet is sugar free and low on saturated or trans FAs.
