How do you get the bar out of the squat rack? It feels really awkward moving it around and out of the cage with people all around me. Also are you supposed to put it back in squat position when you're done with OHP?

Build plate tower and ohp the bar + rack combo for maximum gains. You can also squat simultaneously.

what bar do you use to deadlift?
No seriously guys, is there something to it?
I have never seen anyone other than my noob self taking the bar out of the squat rack. What's the deal?

gym racks are sometimes so high that you can ohp inside.
I have a 220 cm rack, so I can't ohp inside. the way I do it is resting the bar on the safeties (mine are rubberized so it doesn't matter) so that one loadable area is on a safety. then I step to the side of the cage and get it out
If you are 'strong' enough, remove one safeties and put the bar in a diagonal position, you can then get it out either at the side or the front.
just fucking move it out of the rack you autist
and no, rack pins are the one thing you leave without putting back how you found them
